Are you stuck in anxiety and negative thinking? I can help you find relief and satisfaction in life.

My name is Kyle, and I work with people struggling with negative rumination, obsessive thinking, anxiety, spiritual transitions, religious trauma, and communication skills.

I lead my clients out of loneliness despair, and anxiety, into connection and inner vitality.

They often experience a revived sense of optimism and excitement about life, and a new sense of confidence being able to sustain meaningful connections.

My Approach

Our bodies carry a natural wisdom that’s always available to us—if we just learn to listen. My role, if we work together, is to help you tune into this inner compass, this subtle but profound guidance already within you. It’s not about looking outside for advice; real clarity comes from within. Often, advice simply reminds us of what we already know in our core.

As we grow, we tend to pick up beliefs and behaviors that lead us away from this inner guidance system. Maybe we’re taught to be “polite” instead of speaking our truth, or to hold back our feelings to blend in. These habits can gradually disconnect us from what we genuinely feel and need. In our sessions, we’ll explore ways to reconnect with your body and rediscover that inner wisdom. Sometimes this process unfolds quickly, and sometimes we take our time—but each step brings you closer to your true self.

Some of What I Believe:

  • I believe  that our worthiness comes not from accomplishment, identity, or conformity but simply from our humanity.

  • I believe that each of us are the experts on our own lives AND we can learn from each other and benefit from others’ experience, wisdom, and mistakes.

  • I believe that our bodies are wise and tell the truth about our stories, lives, experiences and what is unspoken or dormant within us. I believe that our bodies work for our good and survival–even when what they are doing is no longer necessary for our good or survival.

  • I believe in being a life-long learner and that believing ourselves to have arrived risks living as a fundamentalist.

  • I believe that difference does not need to equate to danger or disconnection.

  • I believe in the power of relationships to help us heal, grow, shift, celebrate, endure, and enjoy life.

  • I believe in the inherent goodness of people of all genders, sexual identities and orientations, ethnicities, races, body abilities, body sizes, and socioeconomic status.
